We have developed a reliable repair process for this fault-prone ECU.
The usual issues are:
- Complete Failure
- NOX Sensors intermittently reporting internal faults
- Low power supply voltage (usually 5V below actual) and NOX sensor faults
- CAN link to Adblue doser unit failure
- CAT/DPF Temperature sensor faults (Components B63, B78)
- Corrosion and Water ingress
- Damaged connectors
