These control panels have a number of common faults, particularly when fitted on applications without the diesel cooling facility.
- Vehicle Cutting out when warm – Usually after approximately 2 hours
- Losing communication when warm
- Turbo Actuator Open Circuit
- Fuel Pressure actuator fault
- Misfires/No feed to injector or bank of injectors
- Oil Contamination through wiring loom
- Totally dead, No response
We are able to test, repair and even CLONE these units, should yours not be repairable.
Ideally, send your key and FMR unit in to allow us to do a more thorough test.
