Description

These control panels have a number of common faults, particularly when fitted on applications without the diesel cooling facility.

  • Vehicle Cutting out when warm – Usually after approximately 2 hours
  • Losing communication when warm
  • Turbo Actuator Open Circuit
  • Fuel Pressure actuator fault
  • Misfires/No feed to injector or bank of injectors
  • Oil Contamination through wiring loom
  • Totally dead, No response

We are able to test, repair and even CLONE these units, should yours not be repairable.
